Example of tapping dialogue for a classic migraine

Karate Chop Point:
(1) Even though I have this pounding pain in my head, I feel that migraine coming on, and it’s so intense, I choose to relax my body.
(2) Even though I have this throbbing pain in my head, I’m sure it’s a migraine again, I accept who I am anyway.
(3) Even though I have this throbbing pain from a migraine, I accept who I am.

EB: But the pain is so intense.

SE: I can’t even concentrate.

UE: This throbbing pain in my head.

UN: This pounding pain.

CP: This throbbing pain.

CB: It’s so intense.

UA: I can’t even think about anything else.

TH: This throbbing pain.

EB: I choose to feel calmer.

SE: even though I have this throbbing pain.

UE: I accept who I am.

UN: I accept the pain, even as it’s leaving.

CP: And I choose to feel slightly calmer.

CB: I still have some of this pain.

UA: This migraine pain in my head,

TH: And I choose to feel calmer anyway.
