Red Smoothie

Since earlier in the week I introduced you to the advantages of including beets into your diet, I thought that today I would share with you a great hormones rebalancing juice (or smoothie), which includes beets.

Here it is:

  • 2 medium beets
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 small lemon with peel
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1 inch cube of ginger
  • 1/2 cucumber – the original recipe I found did not include cucumber in, but I like to add some as it is great for energy

Juice – or blend – all ingredients together and reap the benefits!
