Health and happiness are as much what you eat as your state of mind. When you get up in the morning, do you see what great things are planned in your day, or what you’d rather not be doing?

By changing how your approach your life, you will see that your health and level of happiness improve.

  • Try to focus on what is going great during your day.
  • In the morning, think about something you are looking forward to that will happen during the day. If nothing comes to mind, that means that you need to add more pleasure into your life. What would make you look forward to starting your day?
  • In the evening, look back to your day and think about what went great. What were you grateful for in your life that day?

Do this for 7 days, and you will see that your mind’s energy changed! You will feel different, but in a great way!
