During this class, I have a ton of valuable information to share! I’ll start by discussing what it means to detox and explain why someone would want to detox. Next, I’ll review some of the most toxic foods you’ll want to eliminate during a detox and share beneficial foods you’ll want to incorporate in your diet.

My goal is to help you understand the symptoms of a toxic build up, including bloating, headaches, and fatigue, and share how to get started with a detox. Finding the right detox for your needs will help get you the results you want.

I’ll end the class by discussing how detox works and provide a few recipe examples to help get you started! This is an interactive experience where participants are encouraged to engage, ask questions, and share personal experiences. Will you join me?
