Here is the recipe for my super chocolate & goji berries bites!
If you are like me and prefer to avoid processed sugar, wheat and dairy into your dessert, this recipe is for you.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients for 6 bites:
- 2 cup almonds (almonds should preferably have been soaked & skin removed)
- 1,5 cup dates
- 1/2 cup goji berries
- 3/4 cup raw chocolate
- 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
- 3 tbsp nut butter (or more depending on the consistency you like for your bites)
Pour all ingredients into a food processor and mix until it makes a consistent paste. Taste it.
Add more honey for additional sweetness, or more nut butter if you’d like your bites to be more sticky.
When the paste has the taste and consistency you like, take it out of the food processor and shape your bites using a mould.
Add a few goji berries on top for decoration.
Note: if you find that your bites are not hard enough, put them a few hours in the fridge and that should be fixed.
